Food is always fresh and good. Drive through is probably THE BEST drive through in the area - its fast, efficient. I could go through this drive through ten times in in the time it would take to go through McDonalds drive through once. The play place inside is kind of dirty and smells. If I am taking my kids I normally go to Chic Fili in New Albany instead, the play place is more well kept. The inside tends to be PACKED at lunch and dinner times. I normally take the drive through.
It's good food. I'm not the biggest fan of the fries, but the nuggets are awesome and the sandwiches are on point as well. They are pretty busy so they added a second drive-thru menu board. Also I have seen them have employees in the parking lot with tablets taking orders when it's super busy. So they do the best to get you in and out as fast as possible.
Food was great and it is very clean and the staff in friendly but unfortunately Angelina, the cashier I had to deal with, was extremely rude. When I asked if she got my order right she claimed yes then when I got my food everything was wrong. She didn’t put in any special requests I asked for, for example something as simple as no pickles. Besides that it was over all a good experience
