Ordered the shrimp dinner. It was only a little busy but not rushed. Took a lot more time to get my order than usual. Dinner arrived with cold food and shrimp shriveled and almost burned, totally uneatable!
Manager took food to back and prepared next one himself. This was a disgusting visit. I've been going here for years. Used to be good. Had bad experiences 2 times in a row now. Won't be back!
Food was very good and tasty, the staff was very friendly.
Fish pieces too small. But does taste good.
The prices have skyrocketed. Now basic sides have uncharted which are always a ripoff. The product quality is far from what it once was. I'd advise driving on by and going virtually any place else.
Captain Ds doesn't seem to offer quite the same value proposition as it used to. Smaller portions of actual "seafood" thin minced? fish, tiny shrimp 55-60#?, side of clams, tiny hushpuppy. C'mon Captain
