Superior treatment I. The service department and explained the answers to questions that I had in regards to recall work that they did for me. I highly recommend this service department.
My van needed a seat belt buckle fixed, a part broke and the seat belt wouldn't buckle. Plus there was a recall on a part on the door that needed to be fixed. They fixed it all in one day and I was able to get my van back. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because they told me that they had to order the parts and that the parts would be in that next Monday. No call at all. Finally I called them the Friday of the week they were supposed to call me. Of course they told me that the parts had just arrived the night before, but I called them in the afternoon and they should have called me by then if that were true. I don't know how long it would have taken for them to call me. But overall, I am pleased with the service. This is the only time I have scheduled to have something done, so as I get oil changes and regular service I may have other ratings.
As my local Ford dealership where I purchased my Fusion 3 ½ years ago, Carriage Ford has been my choice of location for servicing my vehicle. The service is excellent and the costs are fair and comparable to other mechanics in the area (sometimes better). The front desk staff in both the service & billing departments is friendly and willing to answer any questions. I do not feel like I am being “sold” parts/services that are frivolous. I highly recommend Carriage Ford for your service (and sales) needs.
Matt was fantastic. He spent a lot of time with me and didn't at all make me feel rushed or pressured. He was great with communicating with me via email before I even came to the lot. Matt and Jeff worked relentlessly to get the payment to what I could afford. I am overjoyed with the amazing Ford Flex that I am now leasing. No question that I will be back to work with Matt and Carriage Ford in the future. Highly recommend!
