My wife went in this location to buy a car alone because I had to work. She dealt with a salesman who seemed to be a good guy who was trying to earn her business. After test driving cars she decided on a 2018 Honda Civic LX. My wife needed to go and get some paperwork and the salesman, Samuel Young wrote up a quote for her ($20,972 with taking her trade in which she owed money on). The next morning she went back super excited to get her new vehicle. She gave them her quote and info for them to do the paperwork and they then told her the price would be $3600 more than what the quote said! They lied to her and did the complete bait and switch on her. They had the audacity to tell her she was getting $100 for her trade which is bluebook value of $1800. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! We took our business elsewhere and were given a better deal with much better service. Thanks for giving car salesman a bad name, you all truly live up to it taking advantage of people.

I'm also at specially like to give a shout out to and recommend Adam Burton, who was my service advisor. He's extremely polite and prompt, he kept me informed, and was available at any time.

But this is not why I am telling you not to trust Neil Huffman Honda Service. My mechanic looked at my engine and tires and asked me if I was sure I had gotten my car inspected and serviced because none of my fluids had been filled, my radiator reservoir was empty, my windshield fluid hadn’t been filled, my brake fluid was low, the engine filter was filthy, my tires hadn’t been balanced and rotated as the layer of dirt hadn’t been disturbed nor had any weights been added. The only thing they did do was the oil change and they changed the cabin filter. I was furious. I had not taken my car in as I had to work. My dad and my partner who is blind took my car in and spoke to the service engineer Scott and the manager as well.

Absolutely top notch. I called them to set up an appointment for the recalls on myairbags, even though my driver side airbag had deployed. While that was an extremely unusual situation, they were nothing but professional, polite, and helpful the entire time. Each time I brought it in they got to it quickly, and I never waited more than an hour, including the time they were working on it. Best of all, even though the airbag had deployed like I said, I only paid $79 for diagnostics, and they got Honda to sign off on the rest of it!

After being a loyal customer for over 10-years they still cheated me. I will never trust them again and I am writing this review to warn you as well. If you still take your vehicle to be serviced there, take photos of your engine, fluid levels, tires, etc. before and after. Make secret marks on your tires to see if they do indeed rotate them. Neil Huffman Honda Service in Clarksville, IN is NOT to be trusted.

Of the 3 dealerships in Clarksville we have dealt with (2 of which we bought cars from), this one is mediocre. We had contacted them through email about cars we were interested in, and we were told these cars were available and we could go see them that day. When we arrived on the lot, we were told these cars were located in a different location (which is partly our fault, but through email we should have been told they were not there). We ended up buying a different car from this dealership. The only other issue we had was when we told them that we wanted to leave as they were pushing a higher price/interest rate than we wanted to pay, and they kept telling us, "Don't have you just $10 extra a month". We felt as if they were rude, especially when we were already spending over what we wanted to spend. I also went with my fiance and felt as if they were only trying to address him instead of me - if you're a woman alone, probably don't go here. A year ago we got a 4.3% interest rate at a different dealership (with worse credit), and at Honda we ended up with 7.5% interest rate with much better credit (which I had to ask 3-4 times what the interest rate was before they would even tell us). After the purchase, we were given one key to the car and told they would mail us the other key when/if they found it. At the other dealership, we felt like we were treated fairly and the sales and finance people went above and beyond; here not so much but it could have been worse.

Do not Trust Neil Huffman Honda Service!

I was a loyal customer of theirs for 10+ years. I paid for a full service package called the works package ($149.99) which ended up costing me a bit over $230. They found a leaking power steering pump and gave me a $700 estimate. I took my car to a different auto shop where they gave me an estimate for almost half.

I purchased a 2010 mini cooper almost 2 years ago. There was just under 90,000 miles and when I bought it I got 4 free oil changes to use over the first two years. I don't do much driving so it was about 9 months before my first oil change was due. I took it in and had them change it and less then 3 weeks later the engine blow up. I tried time and time again to get someone to speak to me about it but even calling everyday they would not put me through to anyone and would only take my name and said they would have someone call me, they never did. I would call the next day and get the same thing and the next day and the next day and so on and so on over and over. Its more then a year later and still nothing. It is my opinion that they did not use synthetic oil that is very much a must in mini Cooper's that is stated over and over in the manual. Needless to say I have been paying now for over a year on a car that sits in my garage and still have 3 more years to pay on it before it is paid off. I have never experienced such poor service from what you would think is a reputable car dealer. Be warned it is my opinion they are not. I would not give them a single star but I could not post until I did.

So I called immediately and Scott answered and I told him I need a service and whether they had any specials and he immediately told me about the works package for $149.99 which is what I had purchased previously. I asked him what all it included and he said it included a full inspection, tires rotated and balanced, oil filter and change, topping of all my fluids, and more. I then asked me why none of this was done to my Honda when it was there just the day before. After floundering and stammering for a bit, he became defensive and started yelling at me which made me yell at him. The absolute gall. He then tells me to bring my car back so that they could do all the work they said they did and charged me for but did not do. I told him I wanted a full refund and that I wasn’t going to bring my car back to them ever again. He told me then there wasn’t anything they could do and I would need to call back on Monday and speak to the service manager. I did and I got the money back for the things they didn’t do. I still paid for the oil change and the cabin filter replacement which they had done.
