Now, do they have a moral obligation to inform me about an accident that is tainting the carfax report and showing that my BRAND NEW TRUCK WITH ALMOST 62 thousand dollars MSRP HAD An ACCIDENT??????
This was the old review, I kept it for you all to read
Don't be as stupid as I was
No one had ever DISCLOSED that fact to me before buying the truck
This is an update about these "people ", yesterday I went and traded the truck for another car and I DISCOVERED that the truck have a reported accident in the carfax report since June of 2016, long time before I bought it.
BY THE WAY, I NOW HAVE THE CARFAX REPORT SHOWING THE ACCIDENT AND IT WAS WAY BEFORE I PURCHASED THE TRUCK
I bought a brand new truck and I am very happy with my purchase. The buying experience was excellent, I got a fair value for my trade in, Jeff was very straight forward about the whole thing, I really appreciate him and his approach through the whole experience. We needed some stuff taken care of and I have Nathan to thank for taking care of everything to my satisfaction.
VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE
Great service, nice & friendly employees, & competitive prices.
My advice to anyone who would like to buy a car from them, for your own benefit, do contact Jeff for a wonderful buying experience and do contact Nathan if you encounter any issues.
Thank you so much guys, keep up the great work
Just bought a 2014 Maxima from Mark Waid today (10/14). I was dreading the experience, but Mark made it a great day. Extremely professional and courteous and wasn’t at all pushy, as has been my experience in the past. Couldn’t be more pleased. Coyle definitely has a customer for life.
My best advice if you MUST deal with these *************, insist on getting a new carfax dated the same day you asked for it and NEVER take their words at face value, only because their words have absolutely no value
Both people are very good and get stuff done properly and will make sure that you are a happy customer.
Like everywhere else, there has to be a bad apple or two, however, these 2 guys made everything right for us and we do appreciate it.
I checked around and found out that they have no legal obligation to disclose the accident if it was minor and cost less than a thousand dollars to fix, so obviously they can claim that and get away legally with not informing me about the accident.
I had a great experience leasing my new Maxima. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was turning in my Rogue (which I also loved) and they made the process simple and painless.
ONLY BECAUSE I AM A DECENT PERSON I Will NOT PUT WHAT I AM THINKING OF THEM ON PAPER, NO ONE SHOULD BE EXPOSED TO THE KIND OF WORDS AND ADJECTIVES THAT I WOULD LIKE TO TELL/DESCRIBE THEIR KIND.
I would absolutely give this place my business and I would gladly recommend it.
be better if they get some leafs and charging stations
I think YES, and I think anyone will be as pissed as I am to discover that my truck doesn't have a clean carfax report
You think you are going to buy your brand new vehicle from a big and respected dealership and then you discover later that they are a bunch of *************
