Very impressed with their car service. I was in the middle of a road trip when my car decided to start acting up. Took it to this location about 1.5hrs before their service center closed. They gladly looked at my car, figured out what was wrong, and then worked 1.5hrs past their shift time inorder to fix my car and get me back on the road . Everyone waa knowledgeable and friendly . Great experience!
We went there to buy a truck that was on there lot...we got no help the sales men were not friendly and when our credit wasn't up to their standards they wouldn't even help us, we left there and went to slogans down the street we drove away in a beautiful blue 2015 ford xl truck for 32,000.we paid 10.000 down and Sloan helped us get the rest on credit.a great place Sloan used car lot.
Above and beyond to repair our '06 Lancer
We brought in our 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer to the Clarksville Mitsubishi service department with an oil leak and air conditioning problem. The team gave us several options for the repairs knowing that this was an older vehicle and costly repairs were not in the budget. There were several unforeseen bumps in the road as they tried to repair it (bolt needed to remove the faulty part was fused to the remaining part in the dash) and they made sure that we weren't inconvenienced in any way, offering a loner vehicle and staying in constant communication on what was occurring with the repair.
Your radio commercial on 103.1 is highly offensive. You should be ashamed of yourselves for talking about our president like that. He's doing a good job and you're hurting your business by not supporting him. In this part of the state over 75% of people voted for him. Bad advertisement on your part, you will lose business on that one.
Staffing was friendly although they over price and honor advertising prices
