Patrick Peak was awesome! I absolutely love my new car, and more than anything, I appreciated his help. He was knowledgeable about the cars I test drove, he knew the answers to all of my questions, and he was never pushy. As a single woman, car dealers can be a nightmare, but Patrick was great the whole way through.
12/12/2017 We are now 3 to 4 months later. I am in a position where I'm getting calls from Toyota telling me that some 3rd party billing they setup didn't give them the payment that they have been taking out of my account. I talked Chase in their finance department and he took care of me. He was kind and most helpful. My check engine light came on at 2300 miles and again at 3100 miles just from sitting and being on. I can't get a hold of anyone on the service side over my check engine light. I got transferred to schedule an appointment because I have never been able to get a hold of anyone about it. I work 8 to 5, Monday through Friday, like everyone else and they cannot get my car in to be seen until the Saturday after next, which is December 23rd. Today is the 12th. I couldn't even schedule that date because it's impossible for me. There is nothing they can do about not being able to fix my car in the next month because I can't get it there during the time I work. So, do I drive it with my check engine light on or do I cost myself money and take off work and take it in? Which part or my warranty is good if I can't get it to you to fix? Does my warranty cover if it breaks further because you can't get to it? I have a LOT of alarming questions all of the sudden. I have to move this 5 star review down to 3 stars. I see other reviews that had the same frustrations I'm having today with being able to get a hold of someone.

I have been to the dealership a few times in my lifetime and today was one of the milestones in my life that I will never forget. I bought a brand new car. I told myself I would never do it because I have the ability to keep my current cars moving. So, I did that for years instead of buying a brand new car. I went in and spoke to Chris Browning. I had already been communicating with the dealership prior to coming in and I was referred to him before I even got there. We spent about 3 hours together working on getting everything ironed out. I do not regret one second. He was so nice and very kind. He made me feel very taken care of as well as made me feel like Jeff Wyler will take care of me. Confidence in the person selling you a car is something that I would say is hard to come by. He answered my questions and even helped me with an insurance snafu on my insurance's part. 100% will be going here again when I need another vehicle. Even the finance employee, Bobby, was a complete pleasure and I met several other sales managers that just walked up and introduced themselves out of no where and were very welcoming.
What a fantastic car buying experience, seriously. We shopped another Toyota dealership located in Louisville and the difference between them and Jeff Wyler Toyota in Clarksville was night and day! Patrick Peak was an excellent sales rep to work with. There were no games or gimmicks with pricing. We got an excellent deal and I didn't even want to to return to the other dealership to haggle with price. They gave best price on first pass! Had a great visit today. The service manager Eric took care of me when I was unable to get air in my tires at three previous stations with air machines out of order. Very friendly and great coffee thanks again.
