Friendly staff food could be better for the price but fun atmosphere
Went to a birthday party, as expensive as it is, you'd think they'd have only a couple bday parties going on. There were more like 4 or 5 and it was so crowded the kids had to wait to play games.
This place is very small compared to the one in Louisville. It was crowded when I came. Also Chuck E Cheese mascot never really appeared to the kids who were not apart of a birthday event. The one in Louisville does come and wave at the kids who just come for fun. Also when I was leaving no employee was near the exit. An employee saw that we were leaving and ran after us once we were in the parking lot to check our arms. This was alarming because a kid could've gotten out or kidnapped that fast.
Wow my trip was amazing. I had a really friendly cashier named Nathanael. It was my first time taking my kids here and he walked me through everything. He told me about the Value Deals and which one would be best for my family. He was very patient even though I had many questions. I am extremely happy with everything he did for me. After we sat down our pizza came out just a few minutes later. Nathanael was the one who brought our pizza. He was very friendly again and this time asked if everything looked good. Later on when we were playing games a person named Kevin came by and asked if we were having fun and he even helped us win a few tickets on the game! Before he left he told us to have a great day and if we needed anything else to just let him know. Kevin is another great worker. Before we left we went to the gift shop and a young girl named Victoria helped us out. Yet another friendly worker. She was very patient while our kids chose the items. She even helped them pick out their toys! I am very happy with how my visit went. I am definitely coming back! I love this Chunky Cheese!
With regards to fun and games this is is the place for kid's birthday.For Pizza,I would go to pizza hut/ domino's. The prize of the food is high .I did not have to order food but I was hungry. Staffs are courteous.
