For some reason I keep trying to get a good meal at Frisch's and I am always disappointed. The food could be hotter, the salad bar colder, the wait staff could be friendlier. This time my tea had something floating in it which looks like it came from a dirty ice bin. The tables were a bit sticky and I stood at the front waiting for someone to acknowledge me for a few minutes. It was not busy at all and three employees walked by me without saying a word.
Clarksville Frishes horrible. Breakfast bar empty. No pancakes or French toast. People walking out because no drinks for 10 minutes.
Service is good food also but I don't like it when a server has two black things hanging out of her nose those things they put in there nose and think it is attractive is not it's nasty turned me off my meal! !!!
The server was terrible and the manager said he was new but he has been trained. It took over 15 minutes for us to get our Cole slaw and we had to remind him to bring it. it was so long that our food came out right after we got it. We had to ask for our silverware and napkins and he didn't make any conversation with us at all not even the kid or baby which everyone knows is the first thing you do in customer service. The complaint to the manager was pointless cause she didn't seem to care that she had someone giving bad service she just made excuses. Seems to me that the training and development of this store is poor that's why it was poor service and the food wasn't fresh on top of it. Did she take care of our meals no we paid and that's the first thing a manager does to bring the business back is offer to comp the meal for a poor visit. Won't be back to eat there. My mom worked at Frisch's for 30years in New Albany and gave the best service going and taught me how to treat people in the customer service industry. This is no place to go and definitely don't take your kids we don't want them thinking this service is acceptable.
Service at first was a little slow but my food was great, wasnt too costly, and my family enjoyed every bit.
