Was very disappointed with my service tonight. There was one lady in front of me, rest of the dining room was completely empty. No one acknowledged my presence for over 10 min...No, welcome to KFC, how r u tonight, I'll be right with u, not a single word. That's a long time for fast food. I ordered a $5 box. After I ordered, I got the food relatively quick and went on my way. The ONLY THING in the entire box that was semi warm was the mashed potatoes. EVERYTHING else was cold...I'm in the car and had nowhere to warm it up...I had already crossed the toll bridge and am not going to go back over and pay another tool. I spoke with a manager who sounded about 12 years old, and he wrote my name in a book, so next time that I'm in the area, I can get another meal...So I guess that will do. My whole experience was just bad...Hope they get it together!!!!
Drive thru can be slow during peak times but food is always hot and people always friendly.
Food was unusually good for KFC.Guy at the counter was super friendly and brought food to the table. He made the experience memorable.
Chicken was fresh. Mashed potatoes way to hot and runny. Like it was nuked in microwave. Ordered 6 chicken wings and the bones were broken in 5 of them . Multiple broken pieces. I was under impression when working there long ago that if you broke the chicken wings when prepping then you don't serve them. I am aware of this when eating them to be careful. But makes worry if children eat them
Nice clean quiet fast service a bit small for eat in but it will work
